Do you have a PPO dental insurance? Yes? GREAT! Our office is pleased to inform you that having a PPO allows you to go to the provider of your preference and we work “with” those Insurance company’s. In order for us to provide you the highest standard of care, we ask that you please pay for your services on the day that they are provided for you. As part of our 5 STAR customer service promise, and to expedite a quick and seamless reimbursement directly to you from your insurance company, we will immediately submit your claim electronically through our dental platform.
We promise to always do our best to provide accurate estimates based on the information we receive from your insurance company when verifying. Please note these are ESTIMATES.
We are currently in network with 3 insurance companies:
- Cigna PPO
- Aetna PPO
- United Concordia PPO
If you have an HMO and wish to render services at Ocean Hills Dentistry, we accept all major credit cards, check or cash.
*All treatment must be acknowledged and accepted prior to scheduling.
**In the event you receive any documentation where the insurance company needs more information, we are here to advocate on your behalf. Just call or email the office and let us know and we will take it from there.
***Submitting your dental claim does not guarantee payment by your insurance company. They still reserve the right to determine payment and the amount of payment once the claim has been processed. You are responsible to pay for any treatment not covered by your insurance.
